Excellent work done by Jay and his lads highly recomend.

Broken Boiler
I contacted you last Saturday, 01/02/2025, regarding a broken boiler. Not only did your technician arrive two hours late (by which time my husband and I had to leave for a prior appointment), but the boiler remains unfixed. To make matters worse, your employee told my son that he would not leave the house until he received a payment of over £400—for absolutely nothing! This is completely unacceptable. I demand a full refund or that you send someone back to properly repair the boiler, as the payment was effectively taken under false pretenses. Bathroom plumbing
Our shower pole was hanging off and our toilet was moving, not flushing properly, button broken and the tank lid wouldn’t come off. Contacted Aljay, he came straight out and sorted the problem, our toilet had started moving again as previous guy didn’t secure it correctly, Aljay had sorted it all, it was very late and he still came. Excellent service
Has a major leak called my boiler. Jay was with me within 30 minutes. He fixed the leak and then informed me that my boiler was no longer viable. He then offered to put a new boiler that day which I think is amazing. He went off, got some parts. This was around 1:32 . He worked until 11:00 p.m. that evening leaving me with a hot water and heating. Can't recommend this young man enough. He was polite, courteous and explained everything at last. The plumber that didn't feel was ripping me off. Also as a female I felt he was not taking advantage..
