Had a great experience with Darren Ferguson. He came out on really short notice when my bath was completely blocked and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing—no messing around, just straight to fixing the problem. Everything is draining perfectly now, and he made sure to leave the area clean before he left. On top of that, he also took the time to help a 90-year-old lady, which says a lot about his character.
