Excellent response time, less than 2 hrs. Started with diagnosis of problem, explained to customer and itemised anticipated cost. Went away to get parts, returning within the expected hour. Efficiently carried out internal and external work. Checked the system &fed back to customer. Wore appropriate PPE.

We were more than impressed with the professionalism of Michael. We called him 10.15 on the Monday and he was able to come round in about 15 minutes as we caught him on the way to another job. He came and found the problem and serviced our alarm. He was short of one part but returned the next to complete. He was really pleasant and was reasonably priced. We will have him each year to service. Would definitely recommend him to anyone
