Fantastic job completed

I've used the company for years at my previous house.They took over the existing system here and the engineer quickly resolved issues and did modifications to improve the working set up to my satisfaction and ease of use.First class job.

I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I was given a lot of information at the beginning on which system to chose as I was unsure. The installation involved a lot of component parts being positioned, the main box, a control panel, sensors and outside alarm and I was asked for input on all of these. Joe, the installer, worked methodically through the installation. He educated me on the new system, showing me how it worked and the various options I can use to set and unset it. I also know that I can phone the office at any time if I have any concerns or questions.

No problems with a quotation for upgrading our alarm system, reasonably priced and then work completed without issue. New PIR needed at the time of upgrade, this defective unti was discovered at the testing stage and was replaced same day. Personal company who don't feel remote, wel recommended.
