I called Peter to ask if my broken LCD tv screen could be fixed. After listening to me, he was honest about not being able to fix it but suggested things like home insurance. I really appreciate his honesty and wasting no body's time.

Trader called ahead to let him know he was stuck in traffic and running late.

I scored 8 for Reliable and Time keeping because of the late arrival. However, I do understand because of distance and time of day; traffic will undoubtedly come into play. That said, my experience was: A very professional approach to the work and result. Competent, Clean and Conscientious technician. I was extremely satisfied.

The engineer managed to fix my tv same day that I called.
