  Kieran and his team completed a large first floor extension for us. From start to finish they were very informative and professional easy to deal with and let us know in advance if any changes required. Easy to get hold of at any time.

  Supples and installed some very large RSJs across the back of my house and constructed a flat roof.

  Very polite and professional setup. Solving various instillation and access issues. Kept the site tidy and secure at all times. Hopefully will get a chance to use their services again.

  Take down and reinforce walls, take down and install new kitchen renovate a garage

  I paid a £3K deposit to book the work in. There was a 3 week delay from when the work should have started. I then paid £21k for materials and the job should have lasted 6 weeks. The first 3 weeks, 4 people were working hard, I then paid £9K. That's the last I saw of him. I've paid £34k to Dashwood and it turns out that he folded his first company. I now have to take legal action due to his conduct. The job is 5 weeks over and I'm grateful to another company for saving us. The communication from Dashwood has been very poor and has left a very bitter relationship between both parties.

  Infil extension for new kitchen

  Job in 2 parts. Keiran quoted for/started extension. All good. Lockdown. Thereafter understandable delays getting doors, materials. Interest lost. Dry days roll into weeks, no show. One bloke leaves team. We live on building site, no kitchen. Distress. Another long pause. Job drags on. Job gets finished in hurry in 3 days. Not quality, like before. I find another fitter to install kitchen (excluding 2nd fix electrics.) Texts/calls ignored. I get legal advice/threaten court to complete electric job. They do it next day. I still await gas safe certificate. They ignore my polite requests.

  We initially started the job when suddenly the drawings we’re contested by the next door neighbour. This delayed the start by two weeks. It was then discovered that the drains for this property ran separately to the rest of the street and had its own drain running through the house. We had to contact waterbody for clarification which took another two weeks. This was all taking place during the start of the initial lockdown in the most challenging times we have faced as a country. So unfortunately we had a long delay. Understandably I feel. Even though hugely frustrating for the client.Even with a global pandemic taking hold, we (at great personal risk) got back on site an carried out the project, to help get things back on track as much as possible we continued to push to project along with strict social distancing measure in place to ensure the safety of our team. I’m sure you will agree this was above and beyond. We finished the construction of the project while dealing with a pandemic and a huge national shortage of materials. Yes we had a large delay in the finish but this couldn’t be helped. We feel this while far from our usual superb standards as you will see from other customer feedback, there were huge mitigating circumstances we have never had to work with before.We paved the clients garden and rendered their walls, painted the back of their house and re painted there front door and frames in good will. For no charge at all.
