Repointing brickwork
Provided a detailed quote of works to be completed in writing. Completed the work when he said he would to an excellent standard. When doin the works another area of issue was found and this was fixed without prompting and without an increase to the agreed price. Wall building

Exposing internal stone walls and repointing
Dave was absolute pleasure to work with. Right from our initial contact he was completely transparent with what was included within the works and what could possibly attract extra costs. Once contracted for the works Dave arrived exactly when he said he would and was totally reliable throughout the entire project ,keeping us informed of his progress along the way. Once complete, it was fair to say that we could not have been happier with the end result our choice to appoint Dave to carry out our project. Repointing a 70's single garage
Dave was fantastic from the initial quote to the completion of the works. Dave was very prompt to get in contact to quote, inspected the job and clearly explained the works needed, and provided a detailed quote. Patio and Brickwork repointing plus some ridge and gable tile repointing also.
Having employed "trades" for many years before retirement I know very well the difference between good, bad and indifferent. Dave is very good indeed. His work is exemplary, he is courteous, organised, tidy and punctual. He is an all-round good and very nice guy. Hi, I am an apprenticed served in advanced bricklaying, with 30 years of experience in the construction industry. I can build new builds from drawings and work unsupervised to an excellent standard. I cover jobs from small garden works to full new builds. I am a Lime mortar pointing brick and stonework specialist.
Over the course of my career I have gained exceptional skills in stonework, working with traditional materials such as a variety of stone and lime mortars. I've gained skills across the construction industry working on domestic properties and working as a contractor to commercial contractors. I'm especially proud of my stonework, working for the National Trust at Tyntesfield House.
