Dave swept my chimney to get it ready for the stove installation. It was well worth checking that the chimney was in a suitable condition before the expense of buying a stove. And I discussed what I needed to get ready before the work could be carried out. The fitment was a quick and painless affair, for me anyway. The stove looks absolutely fabulous and it is ready for the cold snap next week!! I would highly recommend Dave and his team, they are thoughful and careful while doing the work and leave you with all the information you need to run an efficient stove.

Another great job done by Dave. He's really friendly and works immaculately, putting mats over carpets, leaving the premises spotlessly clean. He's very informative and works very quickly. I can't speak highly enough of him.

I first contacted Dave about a log burner we inherited when buying our house, he came out the following day to take a look for me and couldn’t have been more helpful. He is coming back once my builders have finished to carry out some more work and sweep the chimney. I then contacted him again on the 18th March as I have a disused chimney in my kitchen where birds had been nesting. He came the following day and again has been more than helpful. He is knowledgable, extremely helpful and very tidy. We will continue to use Dave and are glad to have found such an honest and helpful tradesman.

The service was excellent. Dave explained at length how existing chimney cowls made using an open fire impossible at present - I had no idea - and made sure that the site was left safe. He also described legal requirements around any fire burned in the grate and offered a quote for cowl removal. It had been tempting just to light a fire at Christmas so he may genuinely have saved our lives. I definitely recommend him and will be calling again for the cowl removal.
