David carried out some roof repairs this week for me and I was so impressed with his standard of work but also his accountability, honesty and reliability. I had been let down by another company which meant the situation wasn't quite straightforward but David took it all in his stride. When I renew my roof in the future, he will be the person I contact. My advice to anyone in Sunderland needing a roofer is to contact David- even if he's busy don't take a chance and go elsewhere, just wait till he's free. His prices are reasonable and his customer service is outstanding. Thank you again David.

David Graham renewed my old roof - it was over 100 years old and had spray foam sealant apple about 25/30 years ago ( when this was a government recommendation) . This needed to be totally removed and roof renewed . David has done a brilliant job in removing the foam, old slates and old wood slats and some rotten wood . He replaced the rotten wood and installed new wood laths ,felt and slates ,also sorted lead to valleys and stack . He has done a really good job , my new roof looks great , in fact neighbours have commented on how good it looks . I recommend him and his great team

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by David and the team. David is very knowledgeable, and the team are professional, reliable and thorough, which gave us real confidence in the work. They are also nice, easy to work with guys, who answered any queries we had promptly and kept us informed throughout. At the end of each day they made sure everything was clean and tidy, and they even finished slightly ahead of the estimated timescale. The roof looks great, overall a fantastic service and a great company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David to anyone needing roofing work.

David did our kitchen roof 5 years ago and has recently in the last few weeks has done our garage roof . We recommend him first class professional job both times reliable and very honest person and his team .

The replacement of the roof of our old terrace house along with the neighbours adjoining roof, was a massive job. David Graham and team took to this daunting task with enthusiasm, professionalism and skill. David organised scaffolds and skips, making everything straight forward, and they were collected speedily. Debris was taken away and dust swept up, leaving everything clean.This friendly team made it a pleasure to have them around.
