  David came out as we had thought something was lodged in our washing machine. He came out and looked and said the washing machine did not have anything lodged in it but the bearings/ shaft was broken. I didn’t mind paying the call out fee and to be honest the service and conversation I had with David was useful and very insightful. Very knowledgeable chap and would 100% call on him again!

  Dishwasher Problem

  On discovering that our dishwasher was not draining properly, we contacted David. He diagnosed the problem quickly and very helpfully explained how to prevent it occurring again. Everything was sorted out and the machine is working again perfectly. Throughout his visit he was extremely polite and made the effort to answer our questions. A wonderful service; highly recommended.
