Great service, right from the initial phone call, received a call back from an engineer, with a view to discuss the problem. We had an evening call out following the call and met David, a very genuine, friendly engineer and very knowledgeable. New Combi Boiler Installation
From the first contact with First choice gas ltd, to home visit following morning very efficient. I was informed of the processes in detail of works to be carried out,and felt the care, safety and passion shone through. I decided to go ahead, within hours I had a detailed quote sent. Communication was exceptional. Father and son arrived on time, very professional, and friendly throughout the day spent, taking out the old boiler, and installation of the new boiler., flue , pipes ect. Very tidy work, attention to detail, safety and care around everything they did. their relationship was lovely to witness , but staying professional. (great balance) Cleaned up after job completed. Servicing boiler and gas fire
I thought I’d already left a review, apologies! I have no complaints! David and Jean Pierre were able to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation and worked efficiently to service my gas fire and boiler. I’d happily have engaged them for other work but it turned out my requirements did not satisfy their exacting standards! Prompt, efficient, clean and capable!
David responded to my request almost immediately and was able to fit in our overdue boiler and gas fire services very quickly. He and Jean Pierre arrived on time and did the work efficiently, with no mess, provided full documentation, and we discussed another job I need doing and which I will ask them to do.
