10 Fault Finding

Downstairs lights keep tripping out
Dave was excellent, honest with his availability, came when he said he would and then proceeded to methodically start to investigate the issues, starting from one end to another. Dave found the problem in the bathroom with a flat roof , cut a hole and fixed the wiring and put the ceiling piece back too. lights restored and family happy. 5* I would definitely recommend Dave.Job location: BR2RLee O10 Electrical Installation Condition Report - Safety Checks - EICR

A proper honest electrician
Dave did an EICR for me on a rental flat. He was easy to communicate with and did a thorough job testing the equipment. Not like some other companies who take photos and leave within 10 minutes. I feel confident the cirucits have been assessed properly. Really lovely to deal with a good old fashioned sole trader who knows his trade well. We will be using Dave again and I have recommended him to friends and family. Even my tenant texted me to say what a good electrician he was; workng around them and keeping the place tidy.
