Structural drawings were not followed. Steel beams swapped, one beam left out. The house is unsafe to live in and builder is not responding yo correspondence. Do not trust!!!

Re pointing and new lead work was carried out to such a high standard. We were so pleased that Davis Construction took our budget into consideration and managed to accommodate. There was lots of extreme weather conditions when work was carried out but the job was just no trouble and Davis Construction just cracked on to ensure it was completed on time. A very friendly and professional company to use.

Exceptional work carried out, could not fault. Plenty of knowledge and advice was given to suit what we needed, he really has got your best interest at heart. Throughout the work we were kept updated with progress and nothing was too much to ask. Good to see a forward thinking youngster with a fantastic work ethic to achieve end results. Will definitely be using again.
