  Various jobs including isolate leaking WC and subsequently repairing

  Kevin has done several jobs for us over the past year or so and we would not hesitate to go to him again. He is always very knowledgeable, calm, efficient, professional and friendly. He has done everything from replacing a kitchen tap to installing an Aqualisa Shower Processor in a very tight space and, most recently, coming out to us immediately at the weekend to isolate a leaking WC and subsequently refitting the cistern and a new syphon. We are very grateful for his help and we can highly recommend him.

  Fixed drip from pipe coming from hot water cylinder

  Kevin had a look at the job a week ago and we agreed that he could do the work today. He drained the hot water cylinder and found a faulty washer as the cause of the problem. He replaced that and also fixed another slow leak from one of the other pipes in the airing cupboard. In addition, he found that a twisted flexible pipe was causing the low flow from my kitchen hot tap and made an adjustment to cure that problem. Kevin was very friendly and kept me informed about what he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Shower leak located and fixed

  I called Kevin in the evening and he came the following morning. He wrestled an awfully installed shower unit so that he could find the leak. He sourced the appropriate parts and fitted them and wrestled the unit back into place. Everything was done quickly, tidily and professionally, so much so that we will be using Kevin to completely refurbish two shower rooms and a bathroom early 2020.

  Faulty valve replaced to pipework in airing cupboard to stop leak and restore heat to property. Towel rails bled and Barry very patiently explained how to manage the system myself. He arrived very promptly in response to my urgent call and kept in full contact with me. Such a friendly, helpful chap.   New bathroom

  Quite a difficult job in confined space but I was always consulted regarding each step. Time keeping by all was pretty accurate by each member and I was impressed by the way everything was left neat and tidy each night. Consideration was given to other flats in the complex in regard to noise, and in particular, vehicular parking. I am happy to recommend this company not only for the high standard of work but also consideration for my wellbeing whilst work was being carried out.
