  A tricky job well done.

  One of a pair of 8ft posts supporting the porch over my from door was badly damaged. I advertised to get a replacement. Daymer Properties replied and came quickly to assess the job. Charlie demonstrated great practical sense and was quick to appreciate the intricacies involved and impressed me. He gave an acceptable quote and demonstrated initiative in sourcing materials, and kept me fully informed, without seeking to increase the quote. The post was neatly replaced on the intended day, and Charlie then took considerable care over colour. I would readily engage him again.

  Clean, tidy and efficient
