Faultless. Darren was extremely knowledgeable when installing our new TV, connecting it also to a hard drive and DVD recorder/player and managed to work out our complicated internet system. He also took the time to set up the TV, making it easier to navigate and then showed me all the features and how to access them. In addition, he recommended other devices such as HD recorder and IR repeater (brilliant recommendation!) It was a very painless process which otherwise would have taken us considerably longer to do ourselves! Polite, friendly, efficient, clean and tidy. Highly recommend to others
