Work was done in agreed timescale and to a high standard. Our existing shower was not compatible with the new boiler but this was quickly sorted with a new shower unit at an agreed price.

I’d heard of Mr Burns through a friends recommendation, and I was immediately impressed with his punctuality, knowledge and friendly manner. He explained exactly what he was going to do to complete my job, and gave realistic timescales. His workmanship was second to none and his attention to detail impressed me. Since our initial meeting, I’ve used Mr Burns for a couple of little jobs, and have happily recommended him to two family members, a friend and a family or colleague. It’s great knowing a good, reliable plumber and I know I’ll use Mr Burns services forever more.

Date was agreed within a few days of my call. Darren turned up on time, worked hard all day, and completed the job by agreed time. Darren was very efficient in all aspects of his work, and left the place clean and tidy. I will definitely be a returning customer. Would highly recommended .
