We were so impressed with the service from DBM Express. Cosmin, George and their colleague worked with remarkable efficiency, professionalism and care, and managed last-minute challenges expertly. We particularly appreciated their careful handling of our furniture, including dismantling and reassembly, and incredibly fast turnaround - the whole move took less than 4 hours! The whole process was handled brilliantly, from the initial quotation to moving day. It was great to have such quick response times from the admin team on our questions as well. We would certainly use DBM Express again!

Hired DBM to move all our belongings from our flat and our storage unit on the same day, and we were really impressed with the effectiveness and courtesy of Vasile and Robert's team. They started on time and got us moved and settled into our new home quickly and as painlessly as possible. They were also among the lowest quotes, yet their service was faultless, I would very much recommend.

I have used DBM Express twice now, and each experience has been truly exceptional. From start to finish, their team has shown unmatched professionalism and attention to detail. They arrived punctually, fully equipped, and handled every item with the utmost care, including fragile and valuable belongings. Extremely efficient, always get back to you immediately. Video quote was inaccurate leading to them adding a van (additional £450) the day before, leaving me no option. I just wished that this was said before so I could have considered other companies quotes, which were less. They did not suggest taking any of the responsibility with a financial compromise. Take it or leave it! The movers were incredibly helpful, respectful and flexible and all communication lines (except the poor quoting) were excellent.

We had multiple issues with our rental property lifts not working hence our move out date being cancelled and untimatly uncertain. Choosing DBM was about the only part of the move that went well! DBM we’re incredible throughout and extreamly kind/helpful/flexible. The 3 movers we had on the day were very quick with packing and removal (we ordered the packing service also). Our whole 2 bed flat was fully packed with care and removed from a 16th floor flat to storage in less than 6 hours (with only 1 lift working too).
