    6 new internal doors fitted

    Four doors out the six need to be altered. Can’t shut without forcing them with a hand. Damaged side of doors and door frames. One door actually can’t open fully as catches on tiles. Carpet runner was ripped up as door was not clearing it, damaged bottom corner of new door!! Contacted Darren on numerous occasions since 25/9.  When he does actually reply, he is full of yet more excuses.  Tried to say these 4 doors were fitted on a hot day, which they weren’t.  Two downstairs doors were fitted on hot day. 30/10 he stated he would do within a month, ignores messages when I chase him if any nearer

    Extremely abusive client job was checked and signed off before payment as anyone would on a job as small as 6 doors. client was warned that the threshold that was fitted by someone else was not secure. I was happy to amend any issues even though when I left they were fine. But as the time suggested didn’t suit I was then again bombarded with abuse
