Sorting out a problem with mice accessing home
Matt was absolutely excellent. He was reassuring and knowledgeable and found the problem. We would highly recommend him.
Mouse infestation
Excellent, professional service. Matthew was knowledgeable, very thorough and efficient in his work and was cheerful and helpful.
Mouse removal
We have used DB twice now, first time was squirrels in the loft, second was mice in the kitchen. Both issues were resolved quickly and efficiently by friendly and knowledgeable operators.

To remove mice from our home and protect against further infestations
DB pest management responded promptly to our enquiry regarding a problem with mice. Matt then followed up with the first of 3 visits, arriving on time and reviewing the problem. After this he put a plan in action to deal with the mice and over the following 3 weeks visited our home on 3 occasions to assess progress. On the final visit it was clear the mice were no longer active in the house and to prevent any further activity, Matt used wire wool to block entry points and fine wire across air bricks. We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend DB Pest management.

Sign of rats due to bird table
Excellent very good advice moved bird feeder near concrete if food escapes. No rat found but I've seen it squeeze through gap. Gave good advice and courteous. Explained they may be burrows nearby. Well pleased.

We messaged DB Pest Management on the morning of 19/07 and heard back within about 15 minutes that they were available and would attend the property between 0930 - 1030. They arrived promptly at 0930, checked out the supposed wasp nest, and performed a quick Ficam D treatment. The process took about 10 minutes, following which I was given a full debrief and report. The work is also guaranteed, and we were told not to hesitate to get in touch if there were still signs of wasps within seven days. Great job, well done, super efficient, would highly recommend and certainly use again!

Removing infestation of mice
Very professional job done. Mr DB(Dave) rang back as promised as I called whilst he was on the road. Matt who turned up to do the job was punctual friendly and efficient. The house was surveyed to identify how they were getting in. Traps were set, entry points blocked and we waited. Mice are intelligent beings and the mother/father mouse evade capture for too long. I was ready to call it a day but Matt persisted ….. and now they’re gone! Hurrah. Thank you gentlemen. This company is an honour to their profession. I highly recommend this company.
