Darran has been excellent. A toilet leak - thankfully clean water. I rang Darran who checked out with me that I didn't need immediate assistance and we planned a date. Darran came on time, was friendly, explained what he was doing and why. Patiently sorted out the leak and the misalignment causing it. Checked thoroughly for any evidence of ongoing leakage and fixed the stopcock drip too. A fair price, a pleasure to have in the house, pronlem solved and a good find for any future plumbing work. Thoroughly recommended.

Darran did an excellent job of repairing our close coupled siphonic twin trap toilet. In order to assist this repair he also fitted an isolation valve behind our bath panel. An excellent job by a first class professional plumber.

Darran was new to me and I've been impressed both before and after his visit. Beforehand he asked me for information which saved a great deal of time. He changed two taps for me but also began looking at a problem with the central heating which has returned after several months of remission. He made some adjustments to piping and also a plan to follow over the next few days. He also put all this information ha gave me at the visit in writing the following day which to non experts is very helpful.

Darran did a superb job fixing our kitchen tap. He was very quick to diagnose the problem, suggest the necessary replacement parts, and carried out the corrective work. His explanation of the problem was very clear. He also carried out a boiler check and demonstrated once again he is very good at what he does. Very professional and I would highly recommend his services.
