Job location: CH60Dave’s communication was excellent from the start. Quick response and sensitive to the fact that I had to delay his work due to my mum not feeling very well. He explained upfront the costs and when I went back to him to check his availability, he was available the following day. He even messaged me 30 mins before his arrival in order to accommodate mum. Although Dave wasn’t able to repair machine ( very very old with obselete parts) he gave me advice on a new purchase and emptied the old one. His call out fee was reduced to a very reasonable price. I would recommend him.10 Honest, Reliable & Professional

We had a faulty dishwasher and needed an expert to overview and advise. Really appreciated the speed of initial call out, and most definitely the honesty and clarity about our situation. When Dave came back to install our new model, nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was executed with great efficiency.
