They arrived promptly, checked what was necessary, explained the job to us, carefully explaining what was possible. They took time protecting the remaining furniture and carpet. They found a way of installing a new ceiling light and wall switch, and found the electrician who renewed the wiring as it was dangerous, and recommended the plasterer. We now have an immaculate bedroom ceiling, and hear no noise from upstairs.

DbSoundproofing managed to complete a 10.2sqm ceiling in a single day. I've never seen two guys work so diligently - they arrived on time, were super polite, kept each other's energy up and got on with the job. They left my home clean and tidy, which was a pleasant surprise. Arguably the easiest renovation experience I've had to date. DbSoundproofing estimated a 60% reduction given the system + the build of my home, and I think that's a fair figure. While I can still hear my neighbours, impact and airborne noise are noticeably muffled, and a lot less intrusive. Money well spent!

Had my bedroom and lounge floors and lounge wall sound insulated. The whole team have been brilliant, from the estimator, the office staff and the fitters. Monica and her team were great to communicate with and listened closely to what we wanted to achieve. The subsequent quote was clear and despite us having to delay due to requiring parts from a 3rd party dbSoundproofing were very understanding. The practical knowledge and attention to detail was fantastic, the staff were really helpful, down to earth polite professionals. We have been really pleased with the final result and know that the students that will be using the Studio are not only delighted to have the facility, it will be a huge benefit as they create music and grow in confidence.
