My windows where cleaned by this company yesterday and the standard of work was appalling I now have to pay for someone to rectify there bodged work there are water marks all over my windows and smear marks everywhere I have contacted the company to rectify but have had no response

Got my windows cleaned 2 days back. Overall experience was great. These guys have good equipment, they show up on time and get job done properly. Very polite and professional. If there are any issues on job, they fix it ASAP with zero drama. My princess balcony has complex grill, which makes it hard to clean. When I informed about a missed spot they immediately cleaned it without fuss. Provided proper invoices etc. I am definitely coming back to them again.

For the past few years we have used D B Windows who do a good job cleaning them. In March 2025 the firm also cleared the moss from our roof tiles and carried this out most effectively. Alexis worked very methodically and cleared up at the end of the day leaving the site clean and tidy and moss free. Over a year on there is no sign of renewed moss growth. Andy did a great job cleaning our windows today. Friendly, turned up when he said he would, and the windows look spotless. Really pleased with the service and I'll definitely be using Andy again in the future. Highly recommend.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very professional and polite he explained he could not use our hose pipe as he use’s deionised water that does not smear

I was looking for a firm to clean the moss off my roof and Db window cleaners were recommended by a friend. They are very friendly and efficient and I’m very happy with the result.
