Sent pictures about the work required. Given a fair price. He arrived at 9.30am and started work. At 12.30pm the shower rail or replacement sealant had not been applied. I had to leave at 3pm. Daniel said that he likes to take his time and do a good job which is fine. The existing shower rail was put back but Daniel struggled with the new curved bendy shower rail which was easier. I used my own mould and water proof sealant as it was of a better quality. He ran out of gap filler. He made the job take longer. He charged me an extra £40 for cutting the bendy rail to size.

Customer called me for two Jobs only and it was a fixed price for both, when i arrived she asked me to do more jobs saying she would pay me for it and told not to worry about money. (even not charging her per hour but for the jobs)
We verbally agreed for the first 2 jobs i quoted. I changed the order of each work for her new request, i nedeed more time, i didn't complaint; just cracked on without stopping.
I used my Gap Filler & half of my Silicone tube, cos the one she provided wasn't enough. I finished the work and told her the cost, she refuse to pay me saying i overcharged her ? She threatened to badmouth me with this review if i didn't drop down the cost. At the end she paid £40. She shout at me saying i'm too slow. I told her to relax then she threw the money on me and slammed the door.
