  This was my first dealing with a house extension of any type, and I was impressed with the calmness and knowledge that Craig and his team instilled to the project. For most of the 6 week build, I was out of the house with work, so there had to be a large element of trust that things were to be done and on time! I am happy to report that this was indeed the case and the smoothness of the build and the proactive way it was constructed was very reassuring and pleasing from both a personal perspective as well as for my neighbours. I would recommend Craig and thank him for his hard work.

  We chose dc design and build for our extesion under permitted development,after having a few quotes we felt we gelled with them best they were great they kept us well informed you could see progress each day and their workmanship is 10/10 we would highly recommend them for any building work what a great they have.

  The guy at dc design and build done a fantastic job on our extension always put in a full days work and came in on budget their architect took care of the drawings and the planning side of things which was great,the project ran very smoothly we hardly knew they were there I would highly recommend this company

• Loft conversion with pitched roof dormer

  We contacted a few companies but had very little response then we came across dc design and build based in Basingstoke they were very quick to respond and immediately put us in touch with their architect/structural engineer to design our loft they also handled everything with the local authorities.Once they started we knew this was a very professional team very polite and kept us updated we are so happy we found these guys the overall finish is fantastic, we would highly recommend dc design and build
