    Structural Survey report

    Posted 2 days ago

Wanted a structural survey completed after having work done on my premises by the NHBC a number of years ago because of Heave. Reason for the survey, reduce insurance premiums and peace of mind. Meeting booked Thursday 25th June. Sundeep took into account all past documentation from the NHBC (which were detailed) and the report was sent to me following Tuesday 2nd July. A pleasure to do business with. Would recommend.

Helped us at short notice sort an issue that was about to hold up the sale of a house. 100% recommend.

    Reliable and always contactable

Sundeep attended our premises and quickly gave us the options available to us. Upon choosing what we wanted to do Sundeep provided detailed drawings expeditously which were subsequently used by the building team to successfully carry out the work. Sundeep was easy to co tact and the communication was excellent.

    A poor experience.

Sundeep used a Google maps screenshot to assess the condition of our roof. He performed a structural home report at dusk and claimed it was daytime. Our complaints went unanswered. He requested payment up front. The second engineer we engaged was happy for payment to be made after the work was carried out to a satisfactory standard (as is normal).

    Response from DCE GLOBAL LIMITED

This was a non-intrusive visual survey conducted within the agreed scope. As direct roof access was unavailable, the assessment was based on observations from accessible areas, together with relevant contextual information where appropriate.
