Sundeep attended our premises and quickly gave us the options available to us. Upon choosing what we wanted to do Sundeep provided detailed drawings expeditously which were subsequently used by the building team to successfully carry out the work. Sundeep was easy to co tact and the communication was excellent.

Structural survey

Easy to arrange, service was delivered as expected, no complications.

Sundeep used a Google maps screenshot to assess the condition of our roof. He performed a structural home report at dusk and claimed it was daytime. Our complaints went unanswered. He requested payment up front. The second engineer we engaged was happy for payment to be made after the work was carried out to a satisfactory standard (as is normal).

Very good service. We used DCE (Sundeep) for structural drawings on remedial works needed in our attic. He was very prompt, polite and helpful. Would recommend.
