Door had dropped, so rendering the multipoint catch and lock inoperable. It was repositioned and the lock mechanism lubricated. The door was left in working order and a separate problem elsewhere was also pointed out. Dean Cooper was personable and efficient and advised in advance of his delayed arrival due to a prior emergency. Dean was very professional and communicated really well - keeping me in the loop when the glass was ordered, delayed (due to manufacturer), and when it was picked up. Top top person to deal with and cleaned and tidied up the place afterwards. I am really impressed from start to finish. You can tell when people have been well trained and you can tell when they have worked well together. Dean and Lion were amazing. The two men showed up right on time, did all the necessary framing work, then installed and finished the job by noon. At the end of the job they collected everything, cleaned the debris inside and out and left the place spotless. What impressed me most about Dean and Lion was that they were very friendly,respectful, polite & knowledgeable, careful not to cause damage to the surrounding area both inside and out. Asked Dean to quote for what I believed was a window repair but turned out not to be it was an issue with the roof. Reason for the review is that Dean was friendly, informative and explained the issue when he really didn't need to. Appreciated it and will go into the roof repair better informed. Repair of handles on two windows and arms on one window. Very quick to respond to phone call, visited next day, gave a quote and did the work the day after. Very helpful, pleasant and did the work efficiently. Had used Dean many years ago, kept his card as he was good then, and still is.
