Called out to check drains for rats and replace broken drain cover . Good communication answered all questions promptly, turned up on time, the work was carried out and the team were knowledgeable, polite and professional.

DCL team checked our drains and eliminated that as the source of rats entering the property and upon inspection of the house they found an entry point. They presented a plan of works to seal the entry point and other areas that showed signs of activity and to bait the loft. Work was carried out swiftly and cleanly and Ian communicated throughout the process what they had found, showed us videos and images to support their findings and next steps. The office staff are very efficient. They know their stuff and we would totally recommend them if you have a rat problem.

Identified hole on drain where rodents had dug away and coming up through the grass. Re cemented hole to stop issue, cleaned out drains and re set drain into grass and cemented to finish. Work completed to a very high standard and communicated the issue throughout.

I had a a very good experience with DCL. The engineer was very helpful and explained the situation clearly and also carried out the CCTV inspection. I will definitely use them again.
