I asked for an external door to be fitted. The work was carried out on time and the workpeople were reasonably tidy and efficient. But there was a 3mm gap across the bottom of the door (unexpected ventilation!). I repeatedly asked for this to be fixed and we arranged two separate dates; the workpeople didn't turn up on either occasion and didn't let me know, so I waited in all day twice. I've asked again and again for this to be fixed, but my texts are now being ignored. I will get a sealing kit and have it fixed by another tradesperson, but I do not recommend this company.

The joiner made contact and asked for details of job including photos.We made arrangements for him to come along to my home and give me quote. Unfortunately he did not attend at the agreed time. No explanation or apology was provided. There was no response to my message asking how we should progress.

Dave was really responsive and helped us out at short notice which was greatly appreciated. He knew exactly what to do, created a bespoke door to fit an awkward size and finished the job quickly and professionally. Excellent work, I highly recommend and will no doubt use again.

Dave is an energetic and knowledgeable joiner with lots of experience. He was prepared to work evenings and weekends to get the job finished if needed.
