Derek was a very pleasant man. He was very helpful when I first contacted him with the fault and he gave me good information to try to sort the fault. He was not pushing for work, in fact very opposite. He came out to look at the issue and got us a quote. The price was even better when he had completed the job as he was able to use the old room temperature control and deducted this. Would highly recommend Derek from start to finish

I telephoned Mr Cowell yesterday to make an appointment and was surprised to find he could fit me in today. He arrived when he said he would and I found him to be courteous, efficient and able. The person who had fitted the old tap had not done a particularly good job, which made the fitting of the new tap more difficult than it should have been. Mr Cowell explained what he had to do throughout and also showed me how to adjust the water pressure on the boiler. I would recommend Mr Cowell to anyone, with confidence that he would do a good job at a very fair price.

Attended very quickly. Realistic price for the job. An old school plumber who takes pride in dressing his pipework. Very neat and tidy. I shall be asking him to be doing more work in the future and would definitely recommend him.
