skimming of converted garage walls and ceiling

Dino was very friendly and knowledgable. price was extremely reasonable. quality of the work is really good we are very pleased with it. throughout Dino kept us informed of progress and next steps. job started on time and ended on time. Perhaps one of the best experiences I have had with a trades person regarding time keeping. Dino would clean down every day and keep things tidy. if I was to provide some constructive criticism it would be perhaps around being a bit more precise with application as the floor space took more than we would have personally preferred while the ceiling was being done and when mixing. This is just personal preferences and the floor was not the finished layer so it wont be seen so really not a major issue. would recommend and would have back for jobs in the future.

  stairs and hallway skimming

Overall, Dino did a good job. I only wanted parts of the walls plastering, as the rest had already been plastered. The blend into the existing plaster wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad either, I just need to do a little filling before decorating. The areas that didn't require blending were finished to a good standard. His communication was excellent, he was polite throughout, and he left the floor clean and tidy when he finished. I would definitely use Dino again, although next time I'd have the entire walls plastered rather than having patch repairs.
