I called Dan in desperation as the leak was so bad we had to turn off our heating and hot water. Dan came in less than 24 hours. Was very helpful and finished the job in less than an hour explaining everything he did.

Gas boiler intermittently failed to fire up over a long period of time.

Dan methodically tested the component parts of my boiler until he isolated the faulty one. It was the gas valve that was failing to work. He ordered a new valve and returned as promised to fit it. His analytical approach had succeeded, where other plumbers had failed to solve the problem.

Fixing a leak

Daniel is absolutely brilliant! Fixed a leak from the bathroom that had been a problem for over a year and that several other plumbers couldn't fix. Daniel was very polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. I recommend this company so highly.
