He spent a lot of time carefully explaining what the issue was, talking us through all the options, and helping us find the most cost-effective solution rather than just trying to sell us the most expensive one. He’s also been incredibly helpful over the phone, giving advice and guidance free of charge. It’s rare to find someone so patient, honest and helpful.
