Very easy to deal with. Punctual, genuine, flexible with timings and dates. Really pleased with the work. One fuse needed swapping, I provided the fuse, he swapped it free of charge. I would definitely recommend him and I would use him again.

Kapil did the EICR and EIC and then also helped with installing some sockets and light fixtures. He also investigated an electrical recurring issue I had in the bathroom. He took the time to listen to the historical events I told him, and used that plus his own logic and experience to properly analyse and solve the 2-3 recurring issues which 2 other electricians failed to solve before. I really appreciated the time and care and top quality service he provided.
