Dean and his team have carried out many jobs for myself supporting a challenging contract that cares for some of the most vulnerable in our society. From ensuring that all compliance works are carried out with the correct certification, to attending reactive call outs and planned works. His team are always well dressed, polite and communicate brilliantly. Emergencies are always met with a smile and the willingness to go the extra mile when needed to ensure the customer is happy.
