Quoted for work that was supposed to be needed but some of this work was not done but over charged for quoted work that was found not to be needed said he would return over payment but never did

Electric oven repair

Booked two appointments to get quotes, first appointment he did not turn up,I contacted him and he said he was sick and he thought he had cancelled all his appointment and not contacting me was an oversight. Made a second appointment for 4.30pm on the 22nd December again he was a no show tried to contact him and got no response left a message still unanswered. I was left without an oven over Christmas.

New Thermostat

Dean came and fitted a new thermostat for me. He arrived on time and was very polite. The job was completed to A very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. He ensured everything was working before leaving and left his details should I need to contact him again. Very good job, cannot recommend him enough.
