  New Boiler installation

  Work was rushed and boiler was not installed in accordance with manufactures guideline, I had to have another company to complete works. I was later in formed that by another plumber that the condenser pipe was not fitted with the correct size pipe, the pressure safety valve release pipe was fitted hard up against the wall so was in a dangerous situation if it were ever a need to release pressure. All the holes he made in the walls were not made good, so I had daylight coming in. The condenser pipe was still dripping outside. I had a burnt carpet and walls in the hall, the radiator that

  New boiler fitted

  The company fitted our boiler in 2018. One year on we try and book our service. Date booked, last mintue cancellation by text - no apology, I lose out on a days holiday. Date rebooked, last minute cancel by text - no apology. Over a month of chasing to try and rebook again, to maintain the warrenty on the works. Still no response. Disappointing to see how many positive reviews this company gets and the fact that we've clearly not received the same level of service. No choice but to leave a review as we can't seem to obtain contact any other way. Want to talk about the work too.

  Fitting new boiler, they should have installed thermostatic valves but didnt, neither a power flush they quoted for

  8 months later our heating still doesnt work. From day 1 we have had overheating problem with the boiler which they couldnt fix. Yet we were issued with a Gas Safe Cert!.  Further to his visit to rectify yesterday( 23.10.19) we now have no hot water, no heating, no water in the radiators but constant running of the ballcock in the header tank to the heating.  They stayed only an hour and didnt check if the system was working before they left

  Came round to inspect the work and fixed instantly. Refused to take any money!

  Came round to inspect why our boiler was not producing hot water. Found a quick fault with the circuit board and took under a minute to fix. I offered him a small payment and he refused which was honourable considering another highly local engineer said it would be £80 min call out fee!!!

  Fitted a new OIL boiler

  Dean Watts has won my buisness for life. He is professional, knowledgable and extremely reliable. I have a rental property and I needed a new boiler installed very fast so as not to loose tenants/income . Dean understood and located the boiler I wanted and installed it super fast. His quote came in approx 450 pounds less than other installers for exactly the same boiler .I was delighted that he offered such great value .
