The whole experience was positive and we were kept up to date between ordering and fitting. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely tidy. Takes pride in the work and the customer service.

We wanted shutters for two large road-facing bay windows at the front of our 1920s house. Decided to go for a local firm rather than one of the large companies. Glad we did. From start to finish Bryan provided a bespoke service. He created a design based on our requirements, advised on the type of shutter (from a UK supplier), provided a competitive quote (and stuck to it), then fitted the blinds himself over two days. Finally he arranged to visit a few weeks later to check the blinds and adjust the tension where necessary. He was always on time, courteous and cleared up after himself!

Working with Bryan was incredibly easy and pain free, he was kind, respectful and completed all work to an excellent standard. His general knowledge on properties and options to complete work made us feel confident the work would be completed well.

From start to finish Bryan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had shutters fitted to the front of our house and he’s done a fantastic job. We are very pleased and would recommend Bryan, so much so we’re have the rest of the windows done too.
