The first time the Debonair engineers attended they just turned on the system that had been switched off by another engineer because it was not working. They then left after 10 mins without checking the system. I called them back as we did not call them out to turn it back on and leave, we wanted them to identify the issue of why it did not work for longer than 5-10mins. Debonair sent out the engineers again a couple of days later, they told me we needed 5kg of refrigerant. I asked them to send me a quote then I heard nothing more. I wrote a Google review and they flagged it as fake.

We do not recognise “Firas Guar” as a genuine client of Debonair Cooling.
Following this review, we carried out checks across our CRM, job management system, client records, invoices, and accounting software. We have found no record of any customer, job, invoice, or payment under this name.
The reviewer claims that an invoice was raised by Debonair Cooling. Our records show no such invoice exists. If this review is genuine, we ask “Firas Guar” to provide the alleged invoice, job reference, or booking details so this can be properly investigated.
