Amazing work, went above and beyond. Helped and discussed every step to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The job went slightly over time (no fault of theres) but they just sent an army the next day to finish up ASAP. Both fitters Sam and Ty were brilliant, both were friendly courteous and very helpful. Sam set up the App on my phone, which I would have found impossible. What an excellent company DEC-ELEC LTD are, came out despite being fully booked themselves, came out this morning said they would be here at 8 and arrived 07:50 perfect time keepers, old fuse board was in a dangerous conidiation the new one that DEC-ELEC LTD have put in is absolutely perfect.Verified reviewerJob location: CF3410 Supply and fit new shower unit.

Found Dec-Elec on Checkatrade, they responded to my job advert quickly and Dec came out to give me a quote. Jad a few quotes and he was very competitive and by far the most professional even in terms of following up, how the quote was provided and I invoicing. Jenson and Tai (Ty) came out to do the work for the backlight with the switch. They'd clearly been told about the job thoroughly as Jenson knew expected what Dec had quoted and what was agreed. The lads worked quickly but very professional to get the work done and to a very high standard.
