Arwel and George arrived promptly on the day and carried on with the job very professionally. I found both of them excellent at what they do and any questions/queries were explained to me in a very clear and patient way. I am not very techy, so I had loads of questions and I felt quite satisfied with how they were cleared. Arwel sat down with me and went thru exactly how to use the system. They cleared up as they worked, so at the end of the day, I had no clearing up to do either. I was recommended highly of Arwel, his Company, and I would also do same, he is always at the end of phone.

We wanted an old wired alarm system that did not work replaced. We are security conscious and would be particular on who we would use. We contacted Arwel at Decibel Security due to their checkatrade reviews and being local. We also contacted other alarm companies. Arwel was on time for the initial appointment, went through on how the system works, answered all our questions with no sales pressure or obligation to buy. The quote arrived on time, was reasonably priced, and installed the following week. A full demonstration was given and easy to operate. A highly recommended local security company.

Provided all the relevant info patiently in a straight-forward and honest fashion with no pressure or hard-sell. Took time to explain things well before proceeding with works and got on with the job in a fuss-free manner. Knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and very nice to have around your home. After-sales is also excellent. Recommended them to a neighbour and family member who also used them as a result. Great job from great guys. Hugely recommended.
