The service provided by Deckor was outstanding from start to finish. Talked us through our decking options, was highly knowledgeable on the subject and was efficient in their comms with us. Good lead times too, from initial estimate to start of work date and their pricing was very good against comparative quotes. We were given an estimate that the work in our garden would take 4 days and the whole job was completed in a little over 3 days. We would happily recommend their services.

We were very pleased with the service and quality provided by Jack and his team prior to and during the the installation and are delighted with the new deck.

Jack installed the original composite decking that developed a problem, unfortunately the manufacturers had gone out of business meaning the guarantee was void. I contacted Jack, we discussed the options and new boards were installed. On contacting Jack he was efficient, his work is exceptional, I would have no hesitation recommending him. I am delighted with replacement decking - looks amazing.
