Work in question, repair behind radiator (i.e customer picture) was undertaken free of charge for labour and material costs. Customer poor communication mean’t they failed to inform us radiator was not being reinstalled. The work was completed to an acceptable standard considering the radiator would have completely covered the repaired area. Kitchen was fully cleaned upon completion of work. We have contacted the customer directly and returned to undertake further free work but they are unwilling to listen and to receive these comments and scores we feel is completely unjustified.
