Excellent advice, and job completed with high quality materials. Not cheap, but we are expecting it to last for many years. Courteous and helpful workmen who left everything tidy. Only gave reliability an 8 because one of them was pulled off the job to finish another job, so it took longer than anticipated. Over the winter we found that heavy rain/hail led to very small amounts of paint coming off our front elevation which is exposed. Grahame immediately offered to repaint that elevation at his expense. From initial enquiry through to the completion of the works Grahams team were fantastic. We invited several companies to tender for our work and from the outset I was impressed with the professionalism of Decorate South West. Graham really seemed to understand that we were a busy working Office / factory and that undertaking the work would need to be done in a manner that was sympathetic to the needs of our business. When they arrived this had clearly been communicated and the tradesmen could not have been more helpful in working around us. Graham and his team has recently completed the full decoration of the Exterior and Interiors of our very old cottage in Devon. They arrived on time, worked hard and I am very happy with the finish of their work. I would highly recommend them.
