Ian redecorated our living room and hall to a very high standard. He was polite, hard-working and punctual. He offered sensible advice before starting the work, based on his own long experience, which made the result even better. We recommend him very highly.

Ian plastered two ceilings ( one after past electrical alterations), redecorated Hall, Stairs, Landing and Lobby, including 24 door sides with their frames. He sets a high standard and applied hard work and great care and attention to all aspects of the work. He gave good advice re paints and best solutions to any problems and wanted us to be happy at all stages. We are very happy with the way the work was carried out, with the standard of the end result - which looks so good- and the price was reasonable.

I hired Ian Chapman to decorate my kitchen diner, study, and utility rooms while I was on holiday, and I am beyond impressed. His workmanship and attention to detail were exceptional, and he flawlessly redecorated these rooms . Ian redecorated our dining room and main bedroom. We are really pleased with his work. The plaster was in poor condition on some walls in the dining room so Ian had to knock of and patch up some area, whereas elsewhere he skimmed the entire wall before re-papering and painting. Ian was understanding and flexible when, whilst he was painting the gloss paintwork, we decided we didn’t like the colour! He was happy to repaint with another colour. His work is to a high standard, he always arrived on time and was tidy. It was clear that he wanted to ensure we were happy with the work.

Ian decorated my property including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallway and lounge areas. It was a relatively large job which he finished to what was a very tight deadline. We’re very happy with the quality of workmanship as well as Ian’s friendly and personable service. He was proactive identifying and resolving issues and left the property in really good condition, he went above and beyond preparing the floor area in advance of our wood renovator arriving. I can’t recommend Ian highly enough, great workmanship and friendly service!
