    I was impressed with Maj from our first point of contact. He was quick to respond to my checkatrade appeal and was easy to get hold of when I had questions. He has been approachable, with no question too silly or unanswerable. I have felt in safe, supportive hands with Maj throughout the work and when issues (minor or major) have cropped up throughout the process, he hasn't been phased and has helped me to work out how to solve them, whether that is with his help or that of another tradesperson. He takes great care and pride in his work and took my old, dated property and gave it a fresh look.
