This Company headed up by a conman named Scott came and gave us a quote for an Extension build ( which I now know they were not qualified to build) they harrassed us until we paid £405 for a supposed Thames Water Build Over application in October 2024 that we now know never existed and since we realised it was a scam we have been trying to get our £405 back from the DeL Construction manager named Scott and he has given nothing but lies an exuses. We are so glad we did not sign any contract for them to do the Extension as if they stole £400 they would steal £40000! Beware!!

DEL Construction extended the rear of our property, installing bi-fold doors, a log burner and new flooring. David and Scott were both very knowledgeable from the start talking us through the requirements, our ideas and Expectations. The DEL team were great with timekeeping, communication and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We will and have happily recommended them now and in the future.

David was quick to respond to me and gave me a quote within 24 hours He was reasonably priced. And after the experience with our previous builder is was nice to have someone that knew what they were taking about He removed all the render from the extension that had blown after 3 months !! He applied a 2 coat k render system which we are really pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend DEL

I needed some work doing and I wasn't sure of the size of the task. D.E.L. helped identify the work needed with great advice. Although I decided to do the work myself I really valued their quick communication, advice and honesty.

I am very happy about the work done. David was easy to contact, we set a day to do the job and he stuck to that and text the day before, as reminder for me, he told me that Gregg and Luke will be there on the day between 8 and 9 am, they were on time. they were very professional hard working and perlite. Got the job done. Lovely. Makes a refreshing change to trades men! I will defiantly use them again, and would highly recommend them. Thanks
