    We had Sam come in to do a review of the property we were purchasing where we needed structural drawings for removing the chimney breast in kitchen and dining area. As well knock through a wall for creating a through lounge. He was most courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting the best approach for what we needed to achieve.. his service and attention to detail was impeccable and I thoroughly recommend this company and Sam for his faultless services!

    The whole experience was excellent. I had an urgent need (due to errors from a previous surveyor) and Sam from Delta was able to do a site visit and provide the documents within 5 days. When we subsequently discovered structural issues mid building work, he came to the site immediately and gave us revised calculations and drawings within 24 hours. He was willing to speak to my builder and building control to get things sorted out fast. He is kind, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Sam saved the works and my stress. I cannot praise him highly enough.
