Initially an issue with an unsent email and Ken the engineer not being equipted with a particular tool. Loucas the owner of the business offered a discount on the job but this still left us needing the work to be completed. After some discussion outlining how the landlord would be at a loss, Loucas agreed to resend an engineer to complete the work. Overall I found Delta plumbing a good hearted business just in need of standing firm to their beliefs in offering a hassle-free professional service. The engineer was polite, professional and efficient. He arrived on time and did a really tidy job. He left the place spotless when he left. I am very pleased with this company and will use them and recommend to others.
